Julius and I were the fastest tackles on the 1968 Bulldogs and I remember looking over at him after each wind sprint to see that Julius had beat me, if only by a single stride. I remember that he was a pilot and that he supposedly died in a crash. He and I were friends, unfortunately, just on the field, but He was the same off the field and in school. I will miss him!!!
