Warner Robins, GA- Paula Colvin Johnson, 64, passed away on Sunday, November 23. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 26 at 11 a.m. at Snow's Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street with the Dr. Mike Blizzard officiating. Burial will follow at Macon Memorial Park. The family will greet friends on Tuesday, November 25, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Snow's Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Cornerstone at the Cupola, P. O. Box 3296, Macon 31205, or the Masonic Children's Home, 1417 Nottingham Drive, Macon 31211.
Paula was born in Athens, Georgia to the late Betty Headden Colvin and William S. Colvin. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Alvin Johnson, Sr. and brother, Bob Colvin. Paula was retired from sales at Davis Wholesale. She was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church and Sisters of Faith.
Survivors include her children, Vicky (Erik) Johnson Krieg of Dallas, and John Alvin (Wendy) Johnson, Jr. of Macon; granddaughter, Lindsey N. Krieg; brother, Bill Colvin II; nephews, Bill Colvin III and Bo Colvin; and four great-nieces and one great nephew.
